IMR is equipped with a medium sized library with abundant collections and distinct academic characteristics.The library has
established international periodical exchange relations with more than 20 countries and regions and 80 organizations and individuals throughout the world.
The library covers an area of 2500 m2 and houses more than 200 different kinds of foreign periodicals and over 600 kinds of Chinese periodicals,about 120,000 volumes of specialized books,2500 kinds of periodicals in 600,000 volumes,as well as handbooks,standards,and internet data bases,some of which are unique editions in the country.
